Justin Bieber was spotted in Tokyo, Japan meeting his fans with a pair of Radii Footwear Noble sneakers in grey/charcol black ($90) on his feet. These high top sneakers come from the Originals collection, and feature a grey perforated upper with a large tongue, black back heel panel, black midsole border, and a white rubber sole.
